All discount codes that you can redeem will be sent via email. To apply the discount, enter the code at checkout before you process your payment.

Packages may be damaged in transit. We will report this to related shipping carrier and process a refund or replacement for you after investigation. Please take photos and email us at info@sotasty.com. Notification of any damage must be made in writing with 7 actual days of delivery.

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it by contact us ASAP. Please call us immediately instead of email.

Once order has been shipped, your orders can not be cancelled.

Refunds normally take to 5-10 working days to process. The amount of payment will show up in your bank account/credit card which was used to place the orders. 

Your order will be ready to ship after 24-48hours from the moment it is created.

We ship via PBT, the delivery time depends on your area;

– North Island: 1-3 ‘working days’

– South Island: 2-4 ‘working days’

–  For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 working days.

*WORKING DAYS refers to Mon-Fri only and do not include any Public Holiday in New Zealand, so please be aware of Public Holiday when making your purchases.

Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. Once your order is ready, we will send you a ‘Ready for Collection’ email letting you know to head to the selected store. Please wait for this email, for our team members to confirm that your goods are ready to avoid any disappointment.
