SHIPPING

We only process orders during business days, which are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders process within 48 hours of when they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you to change or replace by another products. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items ordered and will be inform by an email notification.

Your order will be dispatched directly from our office in Auckland.

Your shipping charge is calculated by your location and the total weight of your order, which is quite a standard rate from New Zealand service providers.

Please contact us by online chat or email if you have any troubles placing your orders. We will assist you promptly.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or have been used or open, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns if the item is not as described, and refund/exchange offered case by case. To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Please contact us via Email or phone for directions

We may refuse to refund for an item where the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable resalable condition.

Just send us an email info@sotastyltd.com with your order number and what item(s) you want to return, and we will get you taken care of.

* NOTE: Return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds must be proven by taking a picture and sending back to us via email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by bank transfer to your account.  The refund may take up to 5 working days (not including weekend)

* NOTE: The order that used Reward Points is refundable (if approved) however you will not be able to get all the points back as you have redeemed rewards. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discount items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable
